So far, the expected line of thunderstorms has not developed. It looks like a line might be trying to form from west of Indy southwestward to the Wabash River north if Evansville. If so, ideas discussed in previous post should be pushed back into the 4-6 P.M. time frame. Otherwise, we may miss the rain entirely. (Current cluster of showers/t-storms west and southwest of Louisville will dip southeast of Metro Louisville and should not bring any rain to us.)
Mr. Wills,
I wish you the best of luck on your retirement and it is going to be strange of not hearing your voice on television of something about the weather. I actually am proud to say i have met you only once back a few years ago when our high school (Bullitt East) did a tour of the studio and I was hoping to meet and talk with you. It is a memory i will keep. I have grown up with you for 22 years of my life and can always remember the day of the Bullitt County tornado and you all saving lives in our commuinity in Mt. Washington. Currently studying Land/Weather/Climate and a minor in Broadcast New's I soon aspire to become a weatherman and will pay the upmost repsect of your job that i have always dreamt about for a duration of a time. Thank you for many memories at WAVE-3.
Good Luck on the Retirement,
Michael Sils
