One of those long debated questions: should you wear white after Labor Day? This is a question some feel passionate about and other simply don't care about. Old school fashion rules say NO you should not wear white after Labor Day, but in a day where there really are not any fashion rules wearing white any time of year is acceptable.
That said, as a Fashion Stylist, I agree white can be worn any time, however, it is how you wear it that makes the difference! The heaviness of the material, the length of the sleeves and what you pair it with all interpret into a style-conscious look.
Wear white as a coat:
Wear white as a blazer/jacket:
Wear white as a suit:
Wear a white top with a skirt:
By mixing the white with leggings, opaque tights, boots, jackets, coats and other pieces that speak Fall/Winter, you can totally rock white any time of year!
