Temperatures this week are expected to be the hottest of the year so far. This is perfect pool weather, but if you have to work outside, you'll need to take it easy on yourself. During the afternoon, try to avoid prolonged, strenuous, outdoor activity and take plenty of breaks... aka The Kardashian Rule.
