Some of the storms yesterday caused some wind damage with power lines down, power outages and some tree limbs down. We are still under a slight risk of severe storms today with wind damage as the main threat again... and of course the lightning (which is always dangerous).
Not everyone will get the rain today, in fact, the storms should be few and far between with just a 30% chance that you'll get that rain at your house.
Here's the timing of the storms today:
NOW-2pm: 10% chance
2pm-4pm: 20% chance
4pm-10pm: 30% chance
10pm-12am: 10% chance
We don't expect much rain with these storms, and many folks won't get any rain or storms at all today.
The needed rain that many areas received yesterday has increased the mold count a bit, but pollen remains low, partially due to the persistant drought conditions.
