Severe Thunderstorm WATCH in effect from Carroll County KY north and east. The rest of the area is NOT under a WATCH at this time.
Storms starting to pop now in OH/IN/PA. It looks likely we will see more than just one wave of storms. First one will develop this afternoon. Some strong/severe. 2nd line to our west may get organized this evening and trek our way overnight. Severe possible with that one as well. Damaging winds/very intense lightning/flash flooding/hail and perhaps a brief tornado still possible (tornado threat is low).
Latest HRRR model is trying to get a handle on this.
5pm---storms popping
8pm--- first wave moving through to the south
11pm-- signs of the 2nd wave forming to our west heading east
Additional watches/warnings are expected in the Ohio Valley in the coming hours.
