2012 has been wacky…crazy temperature swings, tragic severe weather, and most recently for the US as a whole…the drought. Of the latest data taken this month 57.2% of the US is experiencing some sort of drought. That’s up from 55.2% last month…making the 2012 drought conditions the 5th worst (largest in areal coverage.) From everyday people to businesses, farms, so many have been touched by this drought. Coming up tomorrow on WAVE 3 news at 5, 5:30, 6, and 7 PM I’ll bring you the latest from how the droughts affected Kentuckiana. Stay tuned!

We all know it hasn't rained much...we all know our lawns are brown...some areas have had water bans this month to conserve water.
